Создать пользователя для @slad

Добавить бота в админы группы
Добавить опознак и ид группы в .env
Прописать настройки ВК
Владимир пусть создаст приложение ОК
Добавить настройки ОК
Поменять соль
Поменять секретный ключ:

from django.core.management.utils import get_random_secret_key  
get_random_secret_key()

Сгенерировать защищённый .env командой encode_file
На всякий скопировать .env в .env.backup, а .env.encoded в .env
Проверить
